Memo stores all your data locally on your device. We do not collect it, transmit it, or store it on any server. No account is required. Your journal entries never leave your phone.
Memo stores the following data locally on your device only:
None of this data is transmitted to us or any third party. It exists only on your device.
We collect no personal data from the Memo app. We have no servers receiving data from the app. We have no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind.
If you contact us by email for support, we will receive your email address and the contents of your message. We will only use this to respond to your query.
Memo Pro subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple via in-app purchase. We do not see or store your payment details. Apple's privacy policy applies to payment processing and is available at apple.com/legal/privacy.
Memo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, please contact us at hellotrekt@proton.me.
Because all your data is stored locally on your device, you are in full control of it at all times. You can delete all your data by uninstalling the app. No request to us is necessary.
If you are located in the UK or EEA and have concerns about how your data is handled, you have the right to contact your local data protection authority.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. We encourage you to review it periodically.
